They're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer for a company in the Blockchain field. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with all business functions, from IC to VP-level stakeholders. This position is part of the DANA (Data Analytics and Automation) team, and the primary responsibility is to support a data-driven decision-making culture. Day-to-day tasks include developing data analyses to help inform and optimize decisions, process optimization, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful dashboards that are used frequently
• Proactively understand business challenges and test hypotheses for business recommendations
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes and surface analytical insights
• Pull, organize, and analyze relevant data from multiple sources using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, and SQL
• Design, architect, and develop data solutions that help product and business teams make data-driven decisions
• Influence data strategies and the overall roadmap for building efficient data solutions and scalable data model plans
• Interface closely with data infrastructure, product, and engineering teams to build and extend cross-platform ETL and report generation frameworks
• Deliver analytical, survey, or research results to technical and non-technical audiences and conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.

Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• 5+ years of experience in strategic cross-departmental analytics
• 5+ years of SaaS experience working in a data role
• 5+ years analyzing data using SQL and Python, in addition to a visualization tool
• Experience with Snowflake AI & ML Studio (preferably but not required)
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, and Stripe
• Advanced understanding of data visualization principles
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, such as on-chain data analysis, smart contracts, or blockchain infrastructure is mandatory
• Experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
• Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
• Comfortable with challenging requirements.
